Coronavirus Update
Date Added: 21.04.2020
We would like to extend our best wishes to you during this unprecedented time and hope you and your families are keeping safe and well.
Following the government announcement on Thursday 16th April that lockdown measures will continue, we can confirm that we are continuing to hit pause on our business.
Deliveries that were scheduled for 23rd or 24th April are now unable to be fulfilled and will be delivered at the earliest possible time, when our operations resume.
We apologise for any disruption this has caused but we have a duty of care to the safety, wellbeing and health of our colleagues and acknowledge that the majority of you, our customers, have also taken the decision to close and safeguard the wider community.
We do have a fully functioning sales and senior management team working remotely, as well as a number of remote working staff across all functions. In addition the following company inboxes will be in use and responded to: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
We would like to remind you that our accounts team are all working remotely and are contactable via the normal way and we politely request that you please settle your overdue accounts ASAP. I’m sure you’ll appreciate that our suppliers are also expecting us to settle any outstanding invoices so in turn we need your support settling all invoices for goods that were supplied in February and prior. If you have any queries regarding a return, a credit note or to settle outstanding payments, please make with contact the credit services team by emailing [email protected].
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we will provide a further update by the end of the week.
Thank you for your continued support. We wish you continued good health and look forward to being able to support your businesses again when we return.
